Evolve is a tailored leadership program, designed especially for Alfa Laval. The program stretches over approximately 9 months, and will feature in-person training sessions as well as individual coaching & mentoring meetings. You will engage in practical, hands-on, highly interactive & participatory skill-building sessions where you will learn about yourself, about others & from others. The aim throughout this program is to create & support ELP’s (Extraordinary Leaps of Progress) in Courage & Confidence, Intentional Self-Leadership, Strategic Agility & Change, Executive Communication & Presence, Building your Personal Brand, and Inclusive Leadership.
Program output, benefits & results are directly related to program commitment & input by its participants, teamwork with your instructor, and the courage to implement key learnings in daily life as a leader at Alfa Laval.
Our LMS set-up is clean & simple, allowing you to follow every step of Evolve. You'll notice under each Session Heading, a set of Lessons (these are your main themes) + subsequent Topics (the detailed learning). Some materials to expect:
- Webforms for reflection, prioritisation of ELP's, visioning & success planning, as well as journey updates
- All relevant session visuals (concepts, models, etc)
- Important implementation assignments at the end of each lesson's topic list
To use the site smoothly on your mobile phone, take the following steps:
- Navigate to generact.com on your mobile

- Click 'My Courses' (this will take you to the 'login' page)
- When you arrive to the login page, click the 'Share' icon
- Scroll down and click on 'Add to Home Screen' for easy access.
