Alfa Laval – Evolve

Evolve is a tailored leadership program, designed especially for Alfa Laval. The program stretches over one year (May 2023 – June 2024) and will feature in-person and digital, video-conferenced sessions. You will engage in practical, hands-on, highly interactive & participatory skill-building sessions where you will learn about yourself, about others & from others. The aim throughout this program is to create & support ELP’s (Extraordinary Leaps of Progress) in Courage & Confidence, Effective Communication, Personal Brand, Strategy, Tactics & Change, Performance Development, and Self-Leadership.
