Value-creating Negotiations

This tailored Wihlborgs program aims to develop and enhance confidence, skills & competence in Value-creating Negotiations. We will use a combination of on-line training content, group training sessions, instructor lead simulations & debriefs, micro-skills training, and real-life application to improve negotiation results as individuals, across the team, and as an organization. 3 group training sessions are spread over time from February 17 – April 28, supplemented with individual coaching.
